Dr Mohammad Tahir has been a Director since 2004 and leads on Quality Improvement, IT and Research for AT Medics. He qualified in 1999 from St. Georges, University of London and has significant experience in leading and delivering highly successful services and transformations in extremely challenging situations. He is the Clinical Director of the North West London Whole Systems Integrated Care Programme. He is an experienced GP specialist trainer for the London Specialty School of General Practice and has successfully mentored both GPs and GP "trainees in difficulty". He is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Surrey (Healthcare Management & Policy) and a Health Foundation Quality Improvement Fellow. He is also Faculty Honorary Secretary for the North West London RCGP Faculty.

Dr Kugananthan qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2003. MBBS 2003. BSc Neuroscience 2002. She has worked in A&E, cardiology, general medicine, geriatrics, HIV, GUM and respiratory medicine. She completed her GP training (MRCGP) in 2009 and achieved her Diploma of Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology DRCOG in 2008. Dr Kugananthan has a special interest in training medical students and junior doctors.

Dr Chieng qualified from University of Liverpool in 2007. His previous experience includes General Surgery (including Upper & Lower GI, Vascular, Breast), Psychiatry, Emergency medicine, Respiratory, Stroke medicine, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Acute medicine and Haematology. Dr Chieng has special interests in minor surgery, medical education, respiratory medicine, mental health and substance misuse
